1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the My Wheel mobile application or digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

My Wheel provides a digital technology aggregator platform connecting passengers with independent driver partners for city cab rides, auto-rickshaw rides, bike taxis, and parcel delivery services. My Wheel does not own vehicles or operate transportation fleets directly.

3. User Account & Security

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs.
• Each user account is non-transferable.

4. Fares, Payments & Billing

Fares for rides and courier deliveries are calculated transparently based on distance, duration, vehicle category, and local base rates. All digital payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

• Users agree to pay the fare calculated by the app at the end of the trip or booking.
• Digital payments can be made via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or My Wheel Wallet.
• Any promotional discounts or coupons applied are non-exchangeable for cash.

5. Driver Partner Obligations

Driver partners using the My Wheel Driver application agree to maintain valid commercial driving licenses, vehicle registrations, valid insurance, and fitness certificates as mandated by Indian Motor Vehicles Act.

6. Limitation of Liability

My Wheel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from trip delays, weather conditions, or actions of third-party driver partners beyond reasonable platform control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
